A postcard from Russell Oliver Weathers to Mr. W. P Weathers (brother) in Sedalia, Missouri dated April 12, 1919.
The front of the postcard has a black and white photograph of a lighthouse near Saint Nazaire, France. In the foreground is a man standing on a pile of rocks. Further back you can see lighthouse as well as a few more people. A boat can be seen in the distance, as well as land on the other side of the water. The caption on the bottom reads '76 Saint-Nazaire. - Pointe du Phare à Villez-Martin' .
On the back of the postcard is written:
Weley how you is? You 'ill be getting a shower of carte [illegible word] some days. Love you all [illegible word] -R.O.W.
There is an A.E.F. censorship stamp on the message.
