Description A copy letter written by the assistant manager of the southwestern division of the American Red Cross to Mrs. Grace M. Fable dated January 25, 1918.

Letter reads:

My Dear Mrs. Fable:
May I not express in the name of the American Red Cross, its hearty appreciation of the faithful and efficient service you have rendered in its behalf?
You have contributed your large share to the success of its lofty enterprises and have helped to make it foremost among the humanitarian institutions of the world and prominent among the means of winning the war.
With kindest regards and wishing for you a happy and prosperous New Year, I am,
Cordially and sincerely yours,

The letter is typed and bears a signature written in black ink.
