A copy of a letter from E. F. Fuller at Camp Bowie, Texas to the Zone Finance Office, dated May 5, 1919.
1.Attached hereto is my personal check for $2.75 covering the amount mentioned in paragraph #2., original communication.
2.I do not know whether or not the proper deductions were made from my mileage voucher. All the necessary data was included when this voucher was sent in. A part of the war tax was paid in cash to the Pullman Conductor but owing to the time since I was on above mentioned transportation I do not remember the exact amounts paid.
3.I do remember, however, that all forms I was furnished by transportation office, Camp Pike, Arkansas, were not used by me because I was informed by the Pullman Conductor they were not needed.
Bears the typed signature of E. F. Fuller.
