Note reads:
If you should be drafted, called before Exemption Board, and not exempted, you will notify the Commanding General, Southern Department, Fort Same Houston, Texas, by letter, who will order you as a drafted man to the Training Camp. One copy of the order sent you, you will send to your local Exemption Board, inclosing your order from that Board, forwarding the other to The Adjutant General, State of Texas, Austin, Texas.
