Order reads:
15. 1st Lieut. E F Fuller, Infantry, is relieved from further duty at the Development Battalion and transferred to the Provost Guard Company this camp and will report to the Commanding Officer thereof for duty.

Bears a copy of the handwritten signature of F. Halsey
Under this order written in blue pencil is the note 'Lt Fuller Dev Ba', while to the left of this is a triagular pink stamp.
