The discharged states that Archi L. Haynes, who was last assigned to Co. K., 153rd Inf, and prior to that the 14th Co. 4th Rec. Bn., 162nd Depot Brigade was to be discharged at Camp Pike, Arkansas.
A stamp on the top left says that the discharge was filed on March 18, 1918, while a stamp on the bottom left from the Office Camp Supply Officer states that $120.67 were to be paid to Archie. On the back of the discharge is the original enlistment records, and pasted on the back is a certificate stating that the whole document was filed by the Officer of Records for Searcy county had was filed on March 18, 1918.
