Henschel Private 1st Class, Quartermaster Corps Regular Army as a TESTIMONIAL OF HONEST AND FAITHFUL SERVICE, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the REGULAR ARMY of the UNITED STATES and of the State of by reason To accept a commission as 2nd Lieut. M.T.C. per par. 28, s.o. 299, GHQ AEF, dated [October] 26, 1918. Said James E. Henschel was born in St. Paul, in the State of Minnesota. When enlisted he was 21 5/12 years of age and by occupation a Student. He had Brown eyes, Brown hair, Medium complexion, and was 5 feet 6 inches in height.
