Headquarters CAMP PONTANEZEN Base Section No. 5,-S.O.S
Your command will start from its camp area at 6:30 AM Aug. 3. 1919. It will follow exactly the route indicated by the guide detailed from the Billeting Office, and must arrive at Pier (blank) at 8 am Aug. 3, 1919. A distance of one hundred (100) yards between companies will be mantained. You will arrange with Transportation Officer (Tel. 21) for trucks to move organization property, officer's baggage, etc. and men unable to march. Trucks must be at your camp at 4 AM Aug. 3, 1919. All baggage must be ready and loaded promptly to avoid any delay of trucks. A detail of all men from 2nd Army Vet. Bro. with its officers in command will report to baggage room, Warehouse [unclear] at 10 AM Aug 2, 1919. They will leave their camp area at 8 AM, Aug. 2, 1919. Unless specially requested a guide will NOT be furnished for this detail. The following must be complied with before departure from Camp:
(A) Personnel Adjutant, or Commanding Officer in case of small units, report to Embarkation Personnel Adjutant for final inspection of records and procurement of clearance certificate.
(B) Medical Clearance Certificate for officers and men must be secured from the Office of Camp Surgeon.
(C) Thorough police of camp area.
(D) Return of all borrowed property.
(E) The senior officer of this group of organizations will command the column in its march from this camp to the docks.
