Caption on Front: Could I But Dream That Dream Again
Could I but dream that dream again, Your loving smile to see, Could I but feel those caresses, Your arms entwined around me; Could I but see the love-light shine In your dear eyes of blue, Could I but dream that dream again, And wake to find it true!

Inscription on Back, Transcribed: Kaiser Bill anymore, for just wait until my brave little soldier Sweetheart gets over there, and then I know the Kaiser will run. We received a letter from brother today, and he is in quarantine, but is well, thank the good Lord for that anyway, for we don't want our little soldier boys who we love so dearly to get sick.
