You are requested, on one of the next five weekdays to receive your awarded Honor Cross as well as the evidence handed over for the justification of your application at the Police district responsible for your dwelling listed on the reverse. The appropriate personal identification papers should be brought.
On the weekdays in the time for 8-18 o'clock and on Sundays from 8-10 o'clock in the morning.
From the service of German officer Fritz Sabersky who served as leader of the Sanitary Company 3 (Sanitätskompagnie 3 Garde-Reserve-Korps) from 1915 to 1916 and after March 1917 as an instructor at the Royal Prussian Army Gas School in Berlin (Königlich Preußische Heeres-Gasschule).
