Dear children was thinking of you as I do every day since you [illegible] severe [illegible] ago [illegible] so glad Leona to get your letter and would have [illegible] if I could Papa & I have to go to St. Louis tomorrow. I have been feeling very well most of the time this week and [illegible] nights - have gone a few days ago but Papa had a spell [illegible] his [illegible] but is all right now. Still can't use my near seeing glasses [illegible] sure are [illegible] . She will stay till we get - back from St. Louis wish you and Leona could have been here while she was here and she does wish so too So uncle [illegible] I would like to write-but-can. [illegible] I will be back and feeling [illegible] better than I did [illegible] of your [illegible] Love to you both - [illegible]
