Telegram reads, 'Elden F. Fuller triple typhoid completed Sept twenty second nineteen seventeen. Smallpox vaccination Sept twenty second nineteen seventeen. Successful form eighty one completed and forward this date'.
At the top left hand side of the open space where the message goes is a typed header that says 'received at 915 Franklin St, Houston, Texas', and overtop the header is a stamp that says '%00-5-2 Franklin st. Waco, Texas, Phone 4321'.
