The manual (obviously borrowed from District Command III. Berlin) lays out the rules for Landwehr officers of the District Command IV. Berlin. It contains information about communication with headquarters; when and what type of uniform to wear for different military occasions; notifying headquarters about change of address or personal circumstances; requesting permission to travel, release from duties, and absences from drills; Officer's Honorary Council (Ehrenrat); and comradery among other topics.
From the service of German officer Fritz Sabersky who served as leader of the Sanitary Company 3 (Sanitätskompagnie 3 Garde-Reserve-Korps) from 1915 to 1916 and after March 1917 as an instructor at the Royal Prussian Army Gas School in Berlin (Königlich Preußische Heeres-Gasschule).
