Letter informs Mrs. Henry Allen that a set of resolutions has been sent to her husband in appreciation of his work for the 35th Division in France. The letter implies that Mr. Henry did some sort of humanitarian work that was meant to lighten the mood of the Kansas soldiers in France. The letter then states that Mr. Henry Allen was given an Honorary membership in the Military Sisterhood. The letter closes by welcoming Mrs. Henry Allen to Topeka, and lets her know that they are their if she has any needs. The letter has no signatory.
