Description Hand painted envelope depicting a shield of the American flag with an eagle on top. Extending from behind the shield are flags of different countries. To left of image is a soldier standing on one leg and holding a stick of dynamite.

Envelope was painted by John Ross Myers to his son, Walter Lorain Myers.
