French printed map, in black and white, of Verdun and the surrounding area titled "Verdun S.E." Additions made by hand in green and red ink to indicate railroads, roads, and bridges. A legend for the additions is located at the top of the map and includes inscription: "G.H.Q., A.E.F. / General Staff / G-2, A-3 / Road and Bridge Map / Verdun South East". Part of a map series titled "Carte d'Etat Major" and this map is labeled as No. 35 in the series. Original map date is unknown, but it was revised in 1913.
