Description Hand painted envelope that has a red, white, and blue shield in center. Torch through center of shield with crossed signal flags. A.S.S.C. written along bottom edge of shield. Six American flags extending from behind the shield.

Envelope was painted by John Ross Myers to his son, Walter Lorain Myers.
