Dear Friends, through hard work I send you my best regards from here for Easter! As I just learned, F. Lange is at home. Can't Karl pry himself loose? How are you all doing otherwise there? What are the kids up to? But what's the point of all these questions? Hopefully the end of this terrible war will come soon, so that we can breathe a sigh of relief. Heartfelt greetings to you all and Thürre [?].

Ihr Lieben, zu Ostern Euch
von hier aus großer Arbeit
die besten Grüße! Wie ich eben
erfuhr, weilt F. Lange zu Hause.
Kann Karl sich nicht mal los-
eisen? Wie geht es Euch sonst dort?
Was machen die Kinder? Doch
wozu die Fragen. Hoffentlich
ist bald das Ende dieses schreckli-
chen Krieges abzusehen, damit
man wieder aufatmen kann.
Herzl. Grüße Euch u. Thürre
Euer Karl Dreyer
